The AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen test garnered press after being featured in an Associated Press article that ran in newspapers across the country. Magneto, a 170-pound Leonberger owned by Morgan Avila, passed his AKC Urban CGC last week in New York City as an AP reporter and photographer documented the experience. Highlighting the Accomplishments of Your Club’s Junior Members
Clubs understand that Junior members are the future of our sport, but there is no time like the present to honor the exceptional things Juniors are accomplishing. Whether a Junior has qualified for a prestigious competition such as the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship, has taken an active role in representing your club in the community, or has been awarded a scholarship made possible by your club, the media is always interested in hearing about young people and their dogs.
