AKC staffers Keith Frazier, Penny Leigh, Sheila Goffe and Jennifer Clark (and office dog, Uther) traveled to Raleigh City Hall this week to accept a Proclamation from Mayor Nancy McFarlane proclaiming September 19th AKC Responsible Dog Ownership Day.

The local CBS affiliate WRAL also interviewed Penny and filmed Uther showing off his tricks.
